“Unfolding” symbolizes the slow but steady process of my own personal growth, as I go from being reserved to slowly shedding that mask. In some of these photos, my hands are covering my face, which is a metaphor for the mask I’m trying to remove. The process isn’t quick, easy, or definitive; it has its own set of challenges, including doubts, hesitations, and setbacks. What matters most to me is the bravery to take those steps, face the consequences (even failure), and keep going regardless.
